WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
All of our products are inspected before dispatch, the item you received arrived damaged or doesn’t match the listing description or if it’s the wrong item, you can return it within 10 business days after sign on arrival (or pickup from our factory).
You must drop the damaged or wrong item to where you pickup from, we will do full refund in 15 business days after the item arrived in our factory. (It is suggested that If you collect the item from the transport depot please inspect the item before bringing it home.)
If the product purchased does NOT fit your application, the return is also offered, the claim must be reported within 10 business days after sign on arrival (or pickup from our factory). The return postage is NOT covered by us.

Our trading hours are Monday-Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
